Celebrating your loved ones

We know how important it is to remember loved ones on special occasions – and we want to help you do this.

We have different ways for you to create something in your loved one’s name. Whether it’s marking a birthday, anniversary or simply taking a quiet moment to reflect, these meaningful tributes can offer comfort while celebrating the life and memories you hold dear. However you choose to remember, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Donating in memory
In times of great sadness, choosing to give in memory of a loved one or someone special can be a real comfort. Donating in memory of friends and family is a wonderful tribute and ensures we can continue to make a difference to our patients and their families, now and in the future. There are lots of different ways to give in memory and we are on hand to support in any way we can.

Bereavement services

The death of someone significant can be one of the most challenging and painful life experiences we face. Grief is often described as a roller coaster of emotions and it can be hard to make sense of our feelings and reactions and see a way forward after a loss.

I will never forget the amazing care we received at the hospice
Being introduced to Georgina at St. Michael’s Hospice was priceless. When we came to the Hospice we felt completely supported. Not just supported, but supported by expert, skilled and knowledgeable people.
