Senior Staff Nurse (St. Michael’s Hospice In-Patient Unit)

  • Salary: £27,416 - £30,815 per annum, dependant on experience
  • Hours: Full time (37.5 hours)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Staff Nurse to join our Inpatient Unit. To apply, you must be, enthusiastic, flexible, and have a passion for palliative and end of life care, have excellent communication skills and work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will have access to a range of training and development opportunities and be welcomed as a valued member of an experienced and supportive team. Experience of a Senior Staff Nurse role is essential and knowledge of palliative and end of life care is desirable.

Deputy Ward Manager (St. Michael’s Hospice In-Patient Unit)

  • Salary: £31,365 to £38,000 per annum, dependant on experience
  • Hours: Full Time

We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Ward Manager to join our Inpatient Unit. To apply, you must be dynamic and enthusiastic and be able to motivate and inspire high standards, patient safety, and the highest possible quality of life for the patients under our care. You will work alongside the Ward Manager to provide clinical, professional, managerial and leadership for a multi-disciplinary team based on the unit.

Finance Director

  • Salary: Circa £51,000 - £61,000 FTE per annum (depending on experience)
  • Hours: Full-time/ Part-time considered (30 hours)

The Finance Director post is a key role and an integral part of the charity’s senior leadership team. The post holder will work collaboratively with the Chief Executive, the Board of Trustees, and the senior leadership team, focusing on financial strategy and significantly contributing to the broader organisational management of the charity.
