St. Michael’s Hospice takes referrals from all across North Hampshire and, occasionally in special circumstances, from outside this catchment area. St. Michael’s is the only Hospice in North Hampshire and serves a population of approximately 300,000 people.
Referral to St. Michael’s Hospice will be dependent on your GP surgery catchment area, not your personal address. Please see the list of GP surgeries covered in our area below:
