Our refund policy for goods purchased in our stores is listed below. Refund policy for events are listed within each event’s terms and conditions.

Retail Shops Returns Policy

Change of Mind

In the event you have changed your mind about an item that you purchased from one of our shops, theses can either be exchanged or a credit provided These will be only given within 30 days of purchase, on production of the receipt (or other proof of purchase) and provided the original St. Michael’s Hospice price ticket is still attached.

This does not affect your statutory right under the Sale of Goods act 1979.

Faults

If you discover you have purchased a faulty item we want to know about it. Please return it with your receipt (or other proof of purchase), with the original St. Michael’s Hospice price ticket still attached.

If the fault was pointed out at the point of purchase, we will either agree an exchange or a credit.

If the item is faulty and this was not pointed out at time of purchase, a refund may be given.

Returns on Buy One Get One Free Promotions (BOGOF)

From time to time, we may run a Buy One Get One Free (BOGOF) promotion on selected categories of product.

In the event you wish to return an item from a BOGOF offer, you must return both items with your receipt (or other proof of purchase) and attached price tickets to receive an exchange or credit. If only one item is returned, you will not receive the exchange or credit, as the offer will no longer be valid.

Items bought on BOGOF offers may be returned for an exchange of another item included in the offer – to the same value or lower.
