Refund Policy

For goods or events which have been purchased from St. Michael's Hospice (North Hampshire) online, please click here to see the refund policy.

For goods which have been purchased in one of our stores, refunds will only be issued on goods which are faulty. We will exchange for a credit note goods which are not faulty but you would like to return.

We will not refund sale or discounted items.

In all cases, you must bring your receipt with you.
