Build friendships and connections

The aim of this group is to provide a safe, secure environment for men to come together and share their experiences with one another.

It provides an opportunity to build friendships and connections with others who may be experiencing a similar journey.

The group will be held at the Turner Centre, at St. Michael’s Hospice. This group is run for a total of 8 weeks, for up to 10 patients.

This programme is designed and ran by our expert Therapy team.

Friday afternoons: 2.00pm – 4.00pm.

What to expect

You can expect a welcoming and supportive space to connect with other men who may be on a similar journey. Sessions are gently guided by our expert Therapy team, with no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with. Alongside conversation, you’ll have the option to take part in activities such as woodwork, tabletop gardening, board games and cards. Held at the Turner Centre at St Michael’s Hospice, the small group setting helps create a relaxed environment where connections can naturally grow.
