St. Michael’s Hospice has over 100 staff and is assisted by over 700 volunteers.
St. Michael's Hospice can care for hundreds of patients and their families across North Hampshire every year because it has the whole community behind it.
From volunteers providing invaluable skills, to school children taking part in Mad Hair Day, there are so many local people who keep the charity going year after year.
As an independent charity, we need to raise £15,000 a day to continue to provide free compassionate care for people in North Hampshire who have a life-limiting illness, are facing the end-of-life or experiencing bereavement.
By sharing your story of St. Michael’s Hospice, you can help others understand the difference compassionate care makes for patients and families across North Hampshire.
Our volunteers are crucial to almost every aspect of what we do. Without people generously giving their time and skills, we would be unable to continue delivering vital care and support to our patients and their families.
