Care and support when you need it most

At St. Michael’s Hospice, we believe every person deserves compassionate, dignified, and personalised care – wherever they call home.

Our dedicated team supports patients and those who matter most to them, helping to improve comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life at every stage.

How to get referred

If you think you or someone you know could benefit from our services, please talk to your doctor, community nurse or social worker. There is a rapid and uncomplicated referral process for medical professionals to follow. Don’t forget, we’re a charity and all our services are free.

Care in the Hospice
Our In-Patient Unit provides the best possible care for patients living with life-limiting illness. Your end-of-life care and support matters to us and we’re here for you every step of the way.

Our Hospice at Home team offer specialised management of symptoms and end of life support to patients and their families within a patient’s home. Offering choice when it matters.

Bereavement services

The death of someone significant can be one of the most challenging and painful life experiences we face. Grief is often described as a roller coaster of emotions and it can be hard to make sense of our feelings and reactions and see a way forward after a loss.
