About Vice Patrons & Patrons Circle

At St. Michael's Hospice, ongoing support is what makes everything we do possible. It allows us to be there for people across North Hampshire who have a life-limiting illness, are facing the end of life, or are experiencing bereavement.

With just 22% of our funding provided by the NHS, we rely on the kindness and generosity of donors to raise the additional £15,000 per day needed to keep our care available to everyone who needs it.

By becoming a Vice Patron or member of our Patrons Circle you'll be part of a group of committed supporters helping us deliver this care, day in and day out. Your support provides the stability we need to plan ahead, respond to growing demand, and continue developing our services.

What this means is that more people can receive expert care in the place they feel most comfortable—whether that’s at home or in our hospice. It means patients experience comfort, dignity and relief from pain, and that families and carers feel supported, reassured, and less alone.

If you’d like to find out more about becoming a Vice Patron or joining our Patrons Circle, you can download our booklet below—we’d love to welcome you.
