This March, our supporters have turned everyday moments into something extraordinary

From newlyweds celebrating with purpose, to vibrant spring parties and peaceful walk-and-talks in nature, they’ve been raising vital funds for our hospice—while making every moment count.

Three Moments That Made March Meaningful

Newlyweds raise just over £700 for the Hospice!

"My new husband and I got married on 27.3.26, and to commemorate my Mum Caron Alford, who was so lovingly cared for by the Hospice in 2020, we had a fundraiser for the Hospice and guests got themselves some limited “the Thacker’s” wedding merch!"

The Beavers sang away & had a cake sale, raising £165 (plus gift aid)!

"I was really impressed with the beavers. We did some campfire songs to the parents before serving them tea, coffee or squash with tasty cakes made by some of the other scout leaders and a keen beaver leader."

Blue Angel Care's Walk & Talk

"At Blue Angel Care, we chose to support St Michael’s Hospice because of the compassion, dignity, and comfort they provide to individuals and families during life’s most challenging moments. Their commitment to truly person-centred care reflects values that are deeply aligned with our own."

Lloyd Nicholas, Director of New Business, Blue Angel Care

We are thankful for Blue Angel Care, who have started their weekly Walk & Talk event with donations coming to St. Michael’s Hospice, as well as two other charities!
