I qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2002 with 17+ years being in Palliative Care.  Throughout my career I have had the privilege of working with many great leaders which has shaped me to the Leader that I am today.  I have a strong relationship not just within the hospice network but with Partnering NHS teams to ensure that the Hospice supports a collaborative approach to provide the best outcomes for our patients and their families.

As Clinical Director, I take the overarching responsibility of the Clinical Services provided by the St. Michael's Hospice seriously and very proudly.  Together with the clinical team leads, we will ensure safe and compassionate delivery of care, a strong workforce with positive culture and a passion to continue our CQC Outstanding rating.
