Jane represents the Friends of St. Michael’s Hospice on the Trustee board.

The Friends have been prominent fundraisers for the Hospice since before it was opened and Jane has been involved with the Hospice for over 20 years. She has been Chair of the Friends since 2010. In 2020, Jane was honoured with an MBE for services to charitable fundraising during Covid-19 in the Queen’s birthday honours list. Jane is also a committee member of the NSPCC locally and a Governor of Elstree School.
