As a Chartered Accountant, I have dedicated my career to making a difference in the charity sector—both professionally and as a volunteer. 

I joined St. Michael’s Hospice as Finance Director in July 2021. I trained at a local accountancy firm, spending much of her early career specialising in further education and universities before making the transition to charities, working for two local grant-making charities before joining the Hospice. I have significant experience in managing finance, administration and facilities, governance and compliance, health and safety, grant-making, and data protection. I am a good communicator and problem solver. I thrive on problem-solving and clear communication, working closely with diverse stakeholders and boards to drive impact.

Outside of work I chair my local community association, and I serve as an independent examiner for local community groups.
