I have worked in Human Resources since graduating from university, beginning my career in the private sector before moving into the charity sector. For the past 9 years, I have been proud to work at St. Michael’s Hospice, bringing together commercial insight with a people-focused, values-led organisation.

As a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), I am committed to maintaining high professional standards in HR practice. I strive to create a workplace where people feel valued and respected for their contributions, and are supported to thrive, enabling them to deliver outstanding care and services to our community.
