Currently Medical Director for North Hampshire Urgent Care (NHUC), formally HantsDoc, Caroline is also Covid Lead for the North Hampshire CCG and spearheaded the Home Oximetry Programme during the pandemic.

She is an experienced GP of over 17 years, Clinical Leader, GP Trainer and Wilderness/Remote Medic. She graduated from Bristol University in 1998 and has operated as a freelance Army Medic, practiced across the world with Médecins Sans Frontières as well as being a partner at various local GP Practices since 2013.
