I do not know how I would have managed without being able to speak with the Hospice at Home team and their visits.
When the hospital said that no further treatments were available for my husband, Mike, in February 2024, our world fell apart but we were referred on to St. Michael’s Hospice and met initially with Dr Rachel and a colleague. That started the most caring few months with the Hospice at Home team, whose praises I cannot sing highly enough. I do not know how I would have managed without being able to speak with them and their visits.
