About us

St. Michael's Labyrinth

What is a Labyrinth Path?

Our Labyrinth path is a place for meditation and reflection that can help relax the mind, body and spirit. It is a single circuitous path that winds its way into the centre and out again with no decisions to make about which way to go. Anyone is welcome to use our Labyrinth path and may decide to do so for a variety of reasons; some people find that it can help them relieve stress and find inner peace, and others use it to reflect on a situation or to seek a solution to a problem.

The Labyrinth path is fully accessible to wheelchair users. We also have the facility for visually impaired people to use a finger Labyrinth located in St. Michael’s Sensory Garden.
