Midnight Walk Success

St. Michael's Hospice Midnight Walk on Saturday 5th September was a huge success with over 1,000 walkers taking part in the 11 mile sponsored walk round the boundaries of Basingstoke.  On the night walkers pledged to raised over £100,000 and it is hoped that the final total for the event will exceed £120,000 which is amazing for a first time event!

Events such as the Midnight Walk are really important in the Hospice calendar as they help to raise vital funds towards the £1.8 million the Hospice has to raise each year through fundraising and retail activities.

Walkers are urged to return their sponsorship forms and money as soon as possible so a final total for the event can be calcuated.
