Alternatively you can download a Volunteer Application Form or if you are interested in working in one of our shops you can download the Retail Volunteer Application Form and return it to us via post to Voluntary Services Manager, St. Michael's Hospice (North Hampshire), Basil de Ferranti House, Aldermaston Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG24 9NB.
